Facility Services

Facility Maintenance & Repair

Every facility has a list of things that need fixing and never quite make it to the top. We're the contractor you call to clear that list, one task order at a time.

One contractor for the whole repair list

Facility managers rarely need one big project. They need a dependable contractor who will show up for a sticking door, a failed rooftop unit, a water-damaged ceiling, and a broken restroom partition, all in the same month.

Because we hold both general building and HVAC licenses, one call to US Builders covers most of what goes wrong in a building. We work under recurring maintenance contracts, blanket purchase agreements, IDIQ task orders, and simple one-time purchase orders.

What we handle

HVAC repairs

No-cooling and no-heat calls, component replacement, and equipment swaps.

Doors & hardware

Closers, locksets, panic hardware, frames, and ADA-compliant adjustments.

Walls & ceilings

Drywall repair, ceiling tile and grid replacement, and patching after water damage.

Carpentry & finishes

Casework, trim, counters, paint, and flooring repairs.

Restrooms & fixtures

Partitions, accessories, and fixture replacement coordinated with licensed plumbers.

Exterior & site

Fencing, gates, minor concrete, and exterior repairs.

How task-order work runs with us

You send the request

A work order, a task order, or a phone call. We confirm receipt the same business day.

We assess and price it

For anything beyond a simple repair, we look at the site and send a clear, itemized proposal with photos.

We do the work and document it

Before-and-after photos, a completion report, and an invoice that matches the task order line by line.

For contracting officers: we're comfortable with the reporting and invoicing requirements that come with recurring service contracts, including invoice submission through government payment systems when the contract requires it.

Let's look at your project

Send the RFQ, drawings, or a few photos and a description. We'll review it, ask the right questions, and come back with a clear, honest price.
