These are the project types we pursue and perform most often for public agencies.
Remove end-of-life packaged units, install new high-efficiency RTUs on adapter curbs, connect to the existing BAS, then start up, balance, and train staff. Shutdowns happen on weekends, and the building never closes.
Replace aging furnaces and condensers at a field station with heat pumps, planned around road access, seasonal weather windows, and limited power.
Phased demolition and rebuild of offices and ADA restrooms in a building that never closes, with containment, after-hours tie-ins, and an HVAC rebalance at the end.
Quarterly PM on a portfolio of buildings, with an equipment inventory, written service reports, and priced repair recommendations for the facility budget.
Send the RFQ, drawings, or a few photos and a description. We'll review it, ask the right questions, and come back with a clear, honest price.
