Construction Services

General Construction

Multi-trade building work for public agencies and private owners, run by a general contractor who self-performs the mechanical scope and manages everything else with the same attention.

A general contractor who knows what's above the ceiling

Mechanical is where a lot of building projects get into trouble: duct runs that won't fit, equipment that can't be lifted, and roof penetrations nobody planned for.

As a licensed general building (Class B) contractor that also holds an HVAC license, we plan construction and mechanical together from day one. Framing, finishes, structural, and site work are sequenced around the systems that have to fit inside them, not the other way around.

We self-perform the work we're best at and bring in trusted, licensed trade partners for the rest: electrical, plumbing, roofing, and fire protection. Every subcontractor is held to the same schedule, safety, and paperwork standards we hold ourselves to.

Typical scopes

Building repairs & upgrades

Structural repairs, wall and ceiling systems, doors and hardware, windows, and exterior envelope work.

Additions & small buildings

Storage buildings, equipment shelters, sheds, canopies, and small additions to existing facilities.

Accessibility (ADA) upgrades

Restroom remodels, ramps, door hardware, path-of-travel corrections, and signage to current accessibility standards.

Site improvements

Concrete flatwork, fencing, drainage corrections, and exterior improvements that come with building projects.

How we manage a construction project

Preconstruction

We review the drawings and specs against field conditions, flag conflicts through RFIs, and build a schedule with real durations and real lead times.

Submittals & procurement

Submittals are organized by spec section and turned in as a complete package, so the reviewer isn't chasing missing pieces.

Field execution

A superintendent on site every working day, daily reports with photos, and a three-week look-ahead the owner can plan around.

Quality control

Preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections on each definable feature of work, documented the way federal QC programs expect.

Closeout

Punch list, final inspection, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and lien releases, all delivered without anyone having to chase us.

Questions we hear often

Can you act as the prime contractor on a multi-trade project?

Yes. That's exactly what a Class B general building license is for. We hold the contract, manage every trade, and take responsibility for the full scope.

Do you have experience working in secure or controlled-access facilities?

Our team is prepared for badging, background checks, escort requirements, and restricted work hours. We build those requirements into the schedule and the price instead of treating them as an inconvenience.

Let's look at your project

Send the RFQ, drawings, or a few photos and a description. We'll review it, ask the right questions, and come back with a clear, honest price.
