Safety

Everyone goes home the way they came in

Safety isn't a binder on a shelf. It's the conversation at the tailgate every morning and the authority every worker has to stop a task that doesn't look right.

  • Written Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), as required by Cal/OSHA
  • Site-specific safety plans for every project
  • Activity hazard analyses and accident prevention plans per EM 385-1-1 on federal work that requires them
  • Daily tailgate meetings and weekly site inspections
  • Fall protection, crane and rigging, and hot-work procedures for rooftop HVAC work
  • OSHA-trained supervision on site [confirm OSHA 30 / 10 certifications]
Quality control

Quality we can show you, not just tell you

On federal construction, quality is documented in three phases for every definable feature of work. We use the same discipline on every job.

Preparatory

Before work starts: approved submittals on hand, materials checked, crew briefed on the spec and the inspection criteria.

Initial

As soon as a representative sample is complete, we inspect it against the spec and fix anything before the work goes further.

Follow-up

Ongoing checks until the feature is complete, with deficiencies tracked to closure in the QC log.
