Teaming & subcontracting

The best government projects are built by teams that trust each other. Whether you're a prime looking for a reliable HVAC partner or a trade contractor who wants to work with us, let's talk.

For prime contractors

Need an HVAC or building sub you don't have to babysit?

We know what primes need from a subcontractor on federal work: complete submittals on time, certified payroll every week without reminders, a foreman who follows the site safety plan, and a closeout package that doesn't hold up final payment.

  • Self-performed HVAC under our C-20 license
  • General building scopes under our Class B license
  • Small business participation toward your subcontracting plan [confirm categories]
  • Teaming agreements on pursuits, with pricing support during proposal
  • Compliance with every flow-down clause in your prime contract

How we team

What a good partnership looks like

We'd rather have a small number of partners we work with again and again than a long list of names we call once.

Clear scopes

Scope sheets that say exactly what's included and what isn't, so no one is surprised at the pre-con meeting.

Fair, prompt payment

When we're paid, our partners are paid, within the timelines required by federal prompt-payment rules and California law.

Straight communication

If something changes on the project, our partners hear it from us first, not from the field.

Let's look at your project

Send the RFQ, drawings, or a few photos and a description. We'll review it, ask the right questions, and come back with a clear, honest price.
